And the story goes: My girlfriend once gold-plated these tiny toy airplanes and put them on a chain. The plan was to sell them. And get rich. Or something like that. She didn’t have a name for it yet, but I had an image in my head: a golden airplane crashing into gigantic breasts. THE GENTLE CRASH. Unfortunately the beaten gold didn’t stick very well to the planes… So much for wealth. Bummer, really. Thus the name was vacant again and still good and now it’s our band name.

Strictly dubplates!
Croydon based Walsh has been a part of the Dubstep scene from day 1. Previously Walsh was known for his twice-weekly shows on London’s Delight 103.00FM back to back with N-Type which catered for the „darker side“ of UK Garage. Having released on major labels such as Texture and Hotflush with the likes of Benga & Kromestar Walsh has become a key player in the Dubstep scene. He is known for his tight mixing skills playing the freshest dubplates the music has to offer. Walsh is also known internationally, playing at many events across the world as well as all over the UK on a regular basis to include the infamous DMZ & FWD nights. He is a regular on Dubsteps number 1 radio station Rinse FM and is soon to be running his own record label, which will definitely be one to look out for.
